Luciano and the Raiders agreed on a contract Wednesday. Luciano was let go by the 49ers in May and he'll now get another shot to prove himself with the Raiders at the team's training camp. Offensive lineman Jake Johanning (undisclosed) was waived with an injury designation Wednesday, opening up a spot for Luciano on the O-line with Las Vegas.
The Raiders signed Doss to a contract Wednesday. Doss has spent much of the last three years on the practice squads of multiple teams, though he did appear in five regular-season games with the Chargers in 2023, registering six catches on 13 targets for 33 yards. He will join the Raiders' 90-man training camp roster in hopes of securing a spot on the wide receiver depth chart following the retirement of Michael Gallup.

Miller dealt with shoulder issues late last season, but it's unclear if that's the reason for his absence to open training camp or not. The offensive tackle will be eligible to return to practice and play at any point this preseason as he enters his seventh season with the Raiders after the team selected him in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
Powers-Johnson (undisclosed) was placed on the active/PUP list by the Raiders on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Powers-Johnson was selected by the Raiders in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft, but he'll be unavailable for the start of training camp due to an undisclosed injury. He's eligible to return to practice and play at any point this preseason and once healthy, the 21-year-old appears to be geared up for a starting role on the offensive line for Las Vegas.
Johanning (undisclosed) was placed on the active/PUP list by the Raiders on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Johanning signed with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent in April, but he'll be forced to be on the sidelines for the start of the team's training camp this week as a result of an undisclosed injury. Once healthy, the offensive lineman will look to impress Las Vegas enough to earn a depth spot on their active roster.
Butler (undisclosed) was placed on the active/PUP list by the Raiders on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Butler missed the entirety of the 2023 campaign while on injured reserve with an undisclosed injury and he'll open this week's training camp on the sidelines. The linebacker will have the opportunity to return to practice and play at any point this preseason.
The Raiders placed Guyton (undisclosed) on the active/PUP list Tuesday. Guyton is eligible to be activated off the PUP list at anytime during training camp once he is healthy enough to return from his unspecified injury. After spending the the first five years of his career with the Chargers, Guyton signed a one-year contract with the Raiders in May. He played in just eight regular-season games last season due to a leg injury, finishing with just 10 catches on 21 targets for 89 yards and one touchdown. Once he's returned, Guyton should see additional opportunities on offense as the fourth wide receiver behind Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker after the Raiders placed Michael Gallup on the Reserve/Retired list Tuesday.
