Williams (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals versus San Antonio, Rylan Stiles of SI.com reports. Williams has been bothered by a left-hamstring issue. After missing time throughout the playoffs, he returned for Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, logging 37 minutes. However, the 25-year-old aggravated the injury in Game 2 and wasn't available for Game 3 on Friday. If Williams doesn't suit up for Sunday's clash with the Spurs, Cason Wallace, Jaylin Williams and Jared McCain should continue to see more action, considering Ajay Mitchell (calf), who started in Game 3, has already been ruled out.

Jalen Williams : Tagged as questionable for Game 4
Ajay Mitchell : Ruled out for Game 4
Mitchell won't play in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals versus the Spurs on Sunday due to a right soleus strain, Rylan Stiles of SI.com reports. Mitchell exited Friday's Game 3 win over the Spurs after tweaking his right calf, and now he will miss Game 4, which should result in more minutes for Isaiah Joe. Mitchell's next chance to play will come in Game 5 on Tuesday.
Luguentz Dort : Scoreless in win
Dort logged zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt), five rebounds and three assists in 23 minutes during Friday's 123-108 win over San Antonio in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals. While Dort has had a muted impact on the offensive end throughout the postseason, he failed to score for the first time in the 2026 playoffs. The defensive-minded swingman logged a series-high 23 minutes Friday, but given the strong play of Jared McCain and Cason Wallace, Dort could continue seeing a reduced role, especially if Jalen Williams (hamstring) and Ajay Mitchell (undisclosed) are both available for Game 4.
Cason Wallace : Well-rounded performance in win
Wallace closed Friday's 123-108 win over the Spurs in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals with 11 points (3-8 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, four assists and three steals in 28 minutes. Although he wasn't very efficient, Wallace still scored in double figures for a second straight game while providing a well-rounded impact. The 22-year-old guard also led the Thunder in steals and has now tallied multiple swipes in three consecutive contests. Through three games in the Western Conference Finals, he's averaging 10.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 2.7 assists in 27.0 minutes per tilt.
Alex Caruso : Productive run continues
Caruso closed with 15 points (4-7 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 4-6 FT), three rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals across 24 minutes during Friday's 123-108 win over San Antonio in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals. Caruso continues to play his best basketball of the season, scoring at least 15 points for the third straight game while also chipping in three combined steals and blocks. For whatever reason, Caruso has been able to take advantage of the matchup against San Antonio, averaging 21.0 points, 4.7 three-pointers and 2.7 combined steals and blocks through the first three games of the series.
Jaylin Williams : Lands five triples Friday
Williams had 18 points (5-7 FG, 5-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, one assist and two steals across 22 minutes during Friday's 123-108 victory over the Spurs in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals. Williams had easily his best game of the postseason, scoring 18 points including five triples. While the starters struggled for Oklahoma City, the bench caught fire, combining for 68 total points. While this was an encouraging performance for Williams, he had gone scoreless in two of his previous three outings. The Thunder now lead the series 2-1, with game 4 scheduled for Sunday in San Antonio.
Jared McCain : Drops playoff-high 24 points
McCain ended with 24 points (10-21 FG, 2-10 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and one assist across 27 minutes during Friday's 123-108 victory over the Spurs in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals. McCain was fantastic in the win, scoring at least 20 points for the first time in the postseason. His role continues to grow, having logged at least 26 minutes in two straight games, providing the Thunder with an additional scoring threat off the bench. Over his past three appearacnes, McCain has averaged 14.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 three-pointers.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander : Double-doubles in Game 4 win
Gilgeous-Alexander tallied 26 points (6-17 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 12-12 FT), 12 assists, two rebounds and one block across 36 minutes in Friday's 123-108 win over the Spurs in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals. Gilgeous-Alexander didn't deliver his best shooting performance from inside the arc, though he frequently got to the charity stripe and finished with a game-high-tying 26 points. The two-time MVP also got his teammates involved, dishing out a game-high 12 assists en route to his second double-double of the 2026 playoffs. He'll aim to remain productive in Sunday's Game 4 in San Antonio, where the Thunder will look to take a commanding 3-1 series lead.
