Joaquin Phoenix Gets A Mockumentary

Of course, an actor that declares he’s moving to hip-hop and gives probably the most awkward Letterman interview ever deserves to be made fun of a little. But Casey Affleck decided to take it another step and created a mockumentary about Joaquin Phoenix (who also happens to be his brother-in-law… the family reunion might get ugly).

Deadline.com reports that Affleck screened the film for some potential buyers including Harvey Weinstein. All the viewers were “sworn to secrecy” and the film’s creators plan on keeping everything quiet until they find a buyer. Basically, the film explores Joaquin’s decision to quit acting and work in the music industry.

Ho boy. This could be a doozy!
