Jay Leno Took $15 Million Pay Cut in NBC Slash Job

Everybody knows Tonight Show host Jay Leno took a big pay cut as part of NBC’s recent cost-slashing for the late-night franchise.

But we didn’t know just how big until now. The Wall Street Journal reports it was 50 percent.

That’s $15 million! Ouch.

Of the $100 million NBC hacked from the show’s budget, $15 million came right out of Jay’s pocket.

There were also 20 layoffs on the show, so don’t feel so bad, Jay. You could be out of a job. Now you’ll just have to save up for another month to buy your next Bugatti.
