Miley Cyrus has cancelled her New Years Eve plans to perform in Times Square. Originally, Miley was supposed to be performing at the Fontainebleau in Miami, but Ryan Seacrest seems to have made her a better offer.

Miley was sure to send out an apology tweet to the Fontainebleau, but hopefully those ticket holders aren’t too upset about the news. Usually, tickets for clubs are not refundable.
