Baber talked to NWA Homepage about what goes into choosing a coach on the show, explaining that:Picking a coach after the blinds is really difficult, it’s one of those situations where you think you know going in but you really don’t know because you are standing in front of four mammoth artists that have such amazing resumes of records and producing records and writing songs and all of a sudden you are faced with this difficult task of deciding which one of those people you would think you would work with based on the very tiny bit of information that you know about those people and what they’ve done.
