Williams filed his paternity claim on Monday, May 9, in Carver County, Minnesota, probate court, according to KMSP, the local Fox affiliate in Minneapolis. He requested a DNA test and petitioned for the court to determine that he is the “sole surviving legal heir” to Prince’s estate, which has an estimated worth of $300 million.
