The performer chosen to move forward was Philadelphia Eagles football player Jon Dorenbos. Howie Mandel stated after the announcement that Dorenbos is a jaw-dropping artist as a performer and in life. Mandel said that Dorenbos is a good person and deserves to be on the show.
