On Wednesday, TV personality Kris Jenner was involved in a car crash off the 101 freeway in Calabasas, California. Jenner was driving her white Rolls Royce at the time– unfortunately, the car was only a week old. According to People, the Kardashian star is “shook up” after crashing the $250,000 vehicle, but other than one hurt wrist– she’s a-ok.
According to TMZ, the car wreck was between Jenner’s Rolls-Royce, and a Prius. As of now, law enforcements believe that the accident was the Prius’s fault– the car reportedly ran a red light and ran into Jenner’s. The Inquisitr writes, “…it caused a crash that was so impactful that the Rolls-Royce’s airbag was deployed and Kris might have even broken her wrist.”
Within minutes, Kylie, Khloe, Kanye, and Jenner’s boyfriend, Corey Gamble, rushed to Kris’s side to make sure she was okay. The paramedics didn’t want to take her out of the car at first, as they feared that may exacerbate the injuries. It is likely, however, that, “…flow of paparazzi that would have… flocked to the scene once they realized it was Jenner in the car accident.” On Wednesday evening, Kylie posted a tweet that expressed she was not involved in the accident, and rather, she ran to her mom’s side “becuz she was alone.”
Though Kylie has confirmed that her mom is going to be fine, and wasn’t “seriously injured”. It has not yet been confirmed whether or not Kris broke her wrist in the collision.
