Kurt Russell as Jimmy Harrell
Kurt Russell has been on a roll lately. After taking 2014 off, he starred in Furious 7, Bone Tomahawk and The Hateful Eight in 2015. He'll be returning in Furious 8 and Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 in 2017.
Stephanie Zacharek of TIME Magazine wrote a positive review of the film. "Berg succeeds in balancing Deepwater Horizon’s unnervingly believable special effects with the human element: when the rig first erupts in flames, it’s as if some grim beast were gnashing at it with fiery teeth."
