Ezri Walker as Zeah
Ezri Walker has been cast as Zeah, a "nerdy 16-year-old 'with an edge and real talent as a rapper'". Zeah will have to choose between studying at an elite university and pursuing a career at Empire under Lucious Lyon. Actor Ezri Walker has made a splash this year, and was recently seen in The Land on IFC in August. He also opened for Nas during New York's Central Park SummerStage Festival.
