Many were shocked when Dorfman and Murray announced their break up. Dorfman had a sit-down interview with show host Chris Harrison to talk about the broken relationship, crying that she felt like a failure. She also said that the decision to split up was made after a while of struggling in the relationship. Over the summer, Dorfman's ex Murray got together with Amanda Stanton on Bachelor In Paradise, who was first "talking to" Nick Viall on the show.
