While a source told Hollywood Life in April 2015 that Selena Gomez believed Bieber and Moore were seeing each other before Gomez and Biebs split. During a separate interview with Arcadia Online, Moore talked about her difficulties in North Carolina saying, “My ethnicity has always been an issue in my hometown of North Carolina. When I was in school I struggled because I was too white for the black girls and too black for the white girls…Discrimination doesn’t go away. People often racially abusing me online, they assume that I am Asian because of my eyes, fair skin and cheekbones.”
At the time of Arcadia interview, Moore said she was in a relationship with Young and Reckless clothing designer, Christopher “Drama” Pfaff.

When asked by GQ what she would be doing if it weren’t for modeling, Moore said:
I would say acting. That’s always been a passion of mine, and I know that will be the next step in my career. Also, traveling and volunteering has been something I’ve always wanted to do. If I could go to different countries to learn their culture and experience a different lifestyle, I would love to do that.
I think seeing people who appreciate everything in their life, even when they have very little, is what I love the most. I would just want to make a difference in someone else’s life.
Moore told Arcadia Online about her role in the Samberg movie saying:
I grew up watching Saturday Night Live, and pretty much all of Judd Apatow’s movies so it was quite literally a dream come true. I learned so much just from being around them, let alone reciting lines with them.
The cast were all such humble and genuine people. I felt really comfortable around them. There are few words to explain the kind of surreal feeling that comes with being part of a talented team like that.
