A$AP Rocky (whose real name is Rakim Mayers) was the victim of a home robbery on Tuesday night. According to TMZ, the rapper — who is dating Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kendall Jenner — was not home at the time.

According to KTLA, three men showed up to the Beverly Grove home, in the 300 block of North Flores Street, around 10:30 p.m. When they knocked, a woman answered the door. She has been identified as a relative of Rocky’s. The woman was not injured during the heist.

“The men grabbed the woman and took her around the house while they scooped up a ton of loot — about $1.5 million in jewelry and other property. They also took a safe, but left it on the sidewalk for some reason before bolting in their getaway vehicle,” TMZ reports. The site also claims that this robbery did not appear to be a “random hit,” suggesting that A$AP Rocky was targeted.

It wasn’t until the men were seen removing items from the house that neighbors noticed and “scared them off,” the Los Angeles Police Department explained. The three men were able to get away.

As reported by the Daily Mail, A$AP Rocky has a tendency to flaunt his wealth on social media.

“Often he flaunts his collection of diamond jewelry and fast cars like his Mercedes-Benz models on Instagram. He also shows off designer wear, like his Gucci shoes. He has also modeled for Dior and appeared on the cover of Forbes. Last Tuesday the rapper posted to Instagram a clip where his friend was putting money into a bill counter,” Daily Mail reports.

Police are currently investigating.
