Rob Kardashian has decided to get some help by way of counseling, according to Ken Baker. On Wednesday, the E! News co-host revealed that Kardashian is trying to “heal from within” following his social media tirade earlier this month.

Sources told Baker that Kardashian is really sorry for his actions and that he has shifted his focus to being the best dad that he can be to his daughter, Dream. After his ex, Blac Chyna, 29, got a restraining order against him, Kardashian decided to take a step in the right direction. He is determined to get the help that he needs, which Baker — and all of Kardashian’s fans — thinks is a great move.

Moreover, fans have noticed that Kardashian has been absent from social media for the past several days. Baker says that this social media “blackout” is really helping Kardashian heal. It’s all part of his process to make himself a better person.

“This is good… This is the greatest act of self-love this guy can give himself,” Baker said on Wednesday’s E! News Facebook Live. “I think he’s now at the maturity level…where enough is enough. And I applaud him,” Baker added.

Meanwhile, Chyna has been doing various interviews and keeping up with her social media following her ex’s revenge porn blowout. Most recently, Chyna sat down for an interview with People Magazine. Her “tell-all” is in the latest issue of the magazine, which will hit newsstands on Friday.

In the interview, Chyna talked about how she is focused on her kids (she also has a 5-year-old son named King with her ex, Tyga) and moving forward from Kardashian.

“I’m not going to take something that happened to me in the past into my future. First and foremost, I’m going to make myself happy because once I’m happy, then Dream can be happy and then King can be happy and then everybody else around me can be happy,” Chyna told People.
