Empire Fleet: Top 10 Tips & Cheats You Need to Know

These days, the mobile gaming space is filled with a nice selection of great MMO’s, RPG’s and strategy releases. As newer and fresher games in the genre flood the marketplace, mobile gaming fans get to experience their preferred style of deep construction/battle gameplay.

One of the newer takes on these successful genres is a naval commander-esque title named Empire Fleet. You’ll have to use your wits and battle tactics in order to build bigger docks for you acquired warships, attack other fleets, gather resources etc.

Here’s the top 10 tips/tricks/cheats you’ll need to help you dominate the seas!

1. Make Good Use of the Auto-Defend Option

• There’s going to many instances where you’ll finish constructing a brand new line of ships and suddenly you’ll have to deal with another fleet that’s ready to take you down.

• If you’re interested in having your fleet automatically enter attack/defense mode, then go ahead and turn on the “Auto-Defend” option. You can do that by tapping on the “Options” tab, then “Settings” and finally selecting the “Automatically Reinforce the Defending Fleet” tab. Once you have this option selected, you’ll always have 100-percent protection as soon as your ships finish getting built.

2. The Basics of Upgrading Your Character

• As a commanding officer of your own fleet of ships, you’ll grow into a stronger leadership role as you use leadership book items. Once you raise your overall leadership level, you’ll be able to lead a larger selection of ships.

• Honor Medals go towards upgrading the different aspects of your leader. The ones you should focus on the most are Accuracy, Interference and Crit. It pays to throw a few Honor Medals at the Artillery Command and Tenacity aspects of your leader too, but you should make those the least of your Honor Medal spending worries.

3. The Basics of Your Command Center and Your Upgrade Level Rewards

• Your Command Center is the main source of your resource production and storage operations. Upgrading your Command Center at certain intervals will lead to the introduction to brand new buildings.

• For instance, once you hit level 5, you’ll unlock the Science Lab. And once you get your Command Center upgraded to level 11, you’ll get to add a Reform Plant to your roster. Note that you’ll unlock something new at levels 3, 5, 6, 7 and 11.

4. Send in Multiple Fleet Formations for Raids

• Your leadership level determines the number of multiple ships you can send out raid skirmishes. You’ll get to send out several fleet formations at different intervals as you engage with some of the larger and more durable enemies you come across.

• You should make sure you have a high leadership level so you have the option to send out a successive offering of raid formations so you have an easier time chipping down the life bar of larger rival fleets.

5. Spend Your 1st Week Doing Nothing But Constant Upgrading

WriterParty.com advised players to take advantage of the 1st seven days of gameplay due to their beginning player protection:

• Spend the first seven days upgrading as quickly as possible, because that’s when you have the beginner protection, and if you haven’t already done this and your protection is gone, then start upgrading anyways to make up for it. The more that you upgrade the command center, the more that you can upgrade your dock, which means you can build better ships, not to mention other functional buildings.

6. The Best Methods Towards Adding More Honor Medals to Your Stash

• Honor Medals are essential towards upgrading your overall skills.

• Getting Honor Medals requires you to successful complete the main campaign missions and completing any daily tasks that hover above the 2-star level rating.

• You’ll have 5 chances to complete any of the daily missions that come your way. It pays to take on the higher star-rated daily missions since you’ll walk away with an even bigger gathering of Honor Medals and Reputation points. If you use up all of your chances, you can also reset them by sacrificing some of your gems.

7. Immediately Attack Other Live Players After They’ve Engaged in Battle with You

• As soon as you get attacked by a live player in a PVP skirmish and end up on the losing end, you may want to counter attack them ASAP. Don’t let ’em get away with so easily with your loot!

• You can immediately locate the enemy who just attacked your fleet just by checking the battle report of your most recent battle, finding your enemy’s name and tapping on the “Counter Attack” option.

8. Purchase the Most Gems During Your 1st Buy

• If you’re desperate enough to cop some gems with real world cash, then make sure you buy the most bang for your buck the 1st time around.

• The 1st time you pick up some gems, the amount you buy buy will get doubled (this only happens the 1st time around, though). So if you cop 460 gems, then that amount will get doubled immediately. That’s a nice gift for your 1st gems buy, right?

9. These are the Main Premium Items You Need to Acquire

• Some of the best items that you can pick up with gems are the super helpful premium items. These lil’ pick me up’s provide you with some awesome buffs and protective protective/defensive boosts.

• The best Premium items are the ones we’ll be listing below:

• The Ion Shield – it lessens the damage you take in battle by 20-percent for 8 hours.

• The High Explosive – this item increases the damage you dish out in battle by 20-percent for 8 hours.

• And you should make sure you cop that Peace Flag – this awesome item keeps you from being attacked by other live players for 6 hours. Make sure you don’t attack any other players while this item is live because that action will kill off this item’s effects.

10. Keep Your Eyes Peeled for Abandoned Cities

WriterParty.com also noted that you should seek out players unguarded and abandoned cities on several of the game’s servers:

• Even better, while there are not that many players who have abandoned the game yet, many abandoned cities do exist, and many more will pop up, especially on older servers. Look for any city that is completely unguarded yet is still producing resources, and raid it for all it’s got. Come back whenever you want to for even more resources, at least until the server deletes them for being inactive.
