UFC 137 Drug Tests Come Back Negative

UFC 137 fighters clean

All drug tests for fighters at UFC 137 came back clean following the October 29 event.

A total of 17 fighters were tested, including main event competitors B.J. Penn and Nick Diaz, co-main event winner Cheick Kongo, Donald Cerrone, Hatsu Hioki, and Scott Jorgensen.

The remaining 11 fighters who issued samples competed on the evening’s preliminary card.

UFC 137 took place in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 29 and featured Diaz’s victory over Penn, which earned him top contender status in the welterweight division. Also on the card, the aforementioned Kongo defeated Matt Mitrione in a heavyweight co-main event.
