Arnold Schwarzenegger Filming A New ‘Conan The Barbarian’ This Year!

Wow! When we heard ‘Ahnald’ was coming back to films, we didn’t really see this one coming. I mean, did you see how jacked he was for the original films? The man was a monster with a gaggle of muscle that only a thoroughbred horse could rival. How could he return to that role now that he’s in his sixties?

Well, he is. And from what this video confirms, Arnold himself says he’ll play the titular character with aging and all. It’ll be interesting to see how the film plays out, because as Arnold himself says he wants A-list directors and writers on this thing. I know one thing is for sure though; Conan will not be pushing a big wheel for decades this time around because by then he’ll be a withered old man (if you remember the films, that’s how he got jacked—he was a slave pushing a wheel).

Arnold may not be the best actor on the planet, but he’s a star, and there’s a huge difference between an actor and a star like Arnold who can still draw crowds, so I expect this film will do big business especially if they produce the film at Peter Jackson’s studios in New Zealand.
