After Pablo Sandoval had already doubled in a run in the first inning of the World Series, Hunter Pence hits a bomb to center field off James Shields to pad San Francisco’s lead to 3-0 against the Royals. The Giants were hoping to get off to a fast start to help their ace Madison Bumgarner, and the fan favorite Pence helped them do just that.
