Colts vs. Broncos: Date, Time, Channel & Betting Line

(Getty)

Three years ago, the Indianapolis Colts made a tough decision for the organization — they moved on from Peyton Manning and used the No. 1 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft to take Andrew Luck. Fast forward three years later and these two teams will finally meet in the postseason next Sunday, January 11.

It’s a match-up of the young Colt (Luck) and a stout Indianapolis secondary led by all-Pro candidate Vontae Davis against the old Bronco (Manning) and a Denver team that’s hungry to make consecutive Super Bowl appearances. Last year, due to seeding, these teams avoided playing each other altogether.

This is the third time that the Colts and Broncos will be meeting each other in the playoffs — the first two games each occurred on wild Card Weekend in back-to-back years in 2003 and 2004 when Manning was with the Colts (each game was a blowout victory for Indy) — and this is the 1st time that the game will be held in Denver at Sports Authority Field.

Kickoff is set for 4:40 p.m. Eastern, with TV coverage on CBS. Jim Nantz, Phil Simms and Tracy Wolfson will have the call.

According to Pinnacle, the Broncos opened up as a 7.5-point favorite and the over/under in the game is 52.
