This weekend Lewis Hamilton, Niko Rosberg and Sebastian Vettel renew their battle for the F1 drivers’ championship at the Bahrain Grand Prix. Hamilton comes into the race off the back of a commanding victory in the Chinese Grand Prix, and leads the drivers’ standings by 13 points from Ferrari’s Vettel, with Mercedes teammate Rosberg a further four points back.
Despite being just the fourth race of the year, Bahrain is already shaping up to be of particular importance for Rosberg, who’s started 2015 in the same style he finished last season: playing second fiddle to Hamilton. The German hasn’t beaten his British teammate in any of the last four races, while Hamilton has won eight of his last 10 starts.

Heavy’s Pick
Mercedes dominated this race last season, with Hamilton and Rosberg sitting on the front row of the grid and finishing the race 1-2. With Red Bull continuing to struggle for reliability from their Renault engines and McLaren still a long way off the pace, it’ll likely be down to the Ferraris of Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen to prevent history repeating itself this weekend.
