The Philadelphia Eagles begin training camp on August 2 at the NovaCare Complex in Philadelphia and, once again, the team’s preseason practices will, mostly, be closed to the public and to fans.
Only media and select season ticket members will be allowed to attend. There is, however, some good news. The Eagles will be holding two open practices as Lincoln Financial Field on August 4 and August 9. Here’s what you need to know about the pair of open practices in Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Eagles Public Practice Info
Unlike previous years, when the Eagles held open training camp at Lehigh University, Philadelphia will hold just two public practices at the Linc this summer. It is the fewest number of open practices since Chip Kelly took over as the team’s head coach.
The Eagles open practices are scheduled for Thursday, August 4 and Sunday, August 9 on their home turf. Both practices are free and will not require a ticket for entry, however seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
