The preseason is set to kick off Thursday night and the Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins square off at Soldier Field in Week 1.
The first week of the preseason usually features teams playing their starters for about a quarter before the backups take over the for the rest of the game. That means that new Dolphin Ndamukong Suh is set to make his debut under the lights against an old divisional foe.
The Bears will get a first look at Vic Fangio’s 3-4 defense. Fangio spent the last four years in San Francisco helping carve out one of the best defenses in the league. Can he do the same for a team that once had a proud defensive identity but has since slipped towards the bottom of the league?
