Will he or won’t he?
How many snaps will he play?
Is he going to injure it again?
Being a fantasy football owner can be a frustrating experience. If you’re the lucky owner with Arian Foster on their roster, it can be downright madness.
The King of Questionable, Foster is once again a game-time decision Sunday as the Texans take on the Falcons. Foster said this week he this he “has a chance” to play Sunday, but his status hasn’t been confirmed. The Texans might want to be cautious with Foster considering their schedule. After visiting Atlanta Sunday, the Texans head home to prepare for the Colts on Thursday. If Foster does play, the short week may impact his workload.
When healthy, it’s no secret how good Foster can be. He had a crazy tear last season, putting up over 500 rushing yards and six touchdowns over four games. That being said, nobody wants to rush back from a detached groin muscle. The Texans are in a four-way tie for the division lead at 1-2, with bigger game just four days from now. Expect to see a steady dose of Alfred Blue today, who rushed 31 times last week vs. Tampa Bay.
I’d be surprised to see Foster active, and I expect him to be ready Thursday against the Colts.
As always, check back with Heavy for any updates.
EDIT (10:56 a.m. EST): Now we wait.
