Analysis: The 76ers seem to be committed to rebuilding with no clear timetable of competing. The addition of Jahlil Okafor will help the Sixers immediately, but still do not have enough pieces to compete. A frontcourt combination of Nerlens Noel and Okafor could be lethal. The question is how long it will take.
