Analysis: Every year around this time we read about how young and talented the Magic are. At some point that talent has to begin producing. It is altogether possible Orlando was one of the most poorly coached teams in the league last season and the addition of Scott Skiles should lead to immediate results. The question is whether Skiles can do enough to make this a playoff team.
