Tommy Hanson died of catastrophic organ failure at the age of 29, ESPN reported. He had pitched in the major leagues, including four seasons with the Atlanta Braves and one with the Los Angeles Angels. He had trouble breathing on Sunday morning and was taken to the hospital. He fell into a coma and suffered catastrophic organ failure. At this time, additional details about the cause of his death aren't known. Funeral details have not yet been released.
