What’s two fumbles when you can score a touchdown?
Not much. Despite giving up two turnovers earlier in the game, the Darren McFadden found a way into the end zone with just over a minute remaining to give the Dallas Cowboys the lead over the Washington Redskins on Monday night. Check it out:
It was the first touchdown of the night in a game that was marred by miscues from both squads. The NFC East has not been particularly pleasant on Monday night – or all season. Still, there’s something to be said about redeeming yourself with a clutch score.
Also important to note that McFadden left the game earlier in the night with an apparent injury before returning after passing the league’s concussion protocol. In other words, it’s been one heck of a night for the Dallas running back.
