Move over, Sean Maguire. There’s a new favorite QB at Florida State.
It’s Michelle Roque, the dual-threat flag football sensation that’s drawing the attention of bros everywhere. Roque dropped a highlight for the second consecutive year earlier this week, after she led her Delta Gamma sorority sisters to a third consecutive FSU intramural football title.
In the video above, Roque seems to be playing at a different speed. She made defenders look foolish in tight spaces, and can be seen making plays on both sides of the ball. On the field, she’s a mix of Deion Sanders and Steve Young. Off the field, she’s a reserved ex-tomboy who prefers beer and chicken parm.

1. Roque Started Playing Football When She Was Four
This is no accident. Roque is a student of the game, and has been playing since she was a young girl growing up with her older brother and sister.
“I grew up playing football since I was 4 years old with boys. I grew up a tom boy and then all of a sudden I blossomed into this flag football playing sorority girl,” said Roque in a recent interview.
Roque doesn’t just participate in intramural sports. She dominates them and she’s not shy about it. For a star quarterback, she even plays the media game to perfection. In her Facebook post where she shared this years’s highlight reel, she wrote, “Thanks for making me look good out there guys!”
Seriously Michelle? We all watched the video.
2. She’s Single
Straighten up, boys. Roque might be Tallahassee’s most eligible bachelorette.
Roque was in a relationship when last year’s video dropped, but it appears that is no longer the case. The Delta Gamma sister informed a recent interviewer of her status, and gave some helpful tips to would-be suitors.
Just because it’s Roque, don’t even think about it unless you run a sub-5 forty-yard dash and can complete the three-cone drill in under seven seconds. But that’s just me. According to the QB herself, you better have your life together. Roque has big ambitions, and she’s interested in goal-oriented men. Being tall wouldn’t hurt, either.
3. Roque’s Sorority Flag Football Team Won Three Consecutive Intramural Championships
Roque’s team is comprised of Delta Gamma sorority members. That’s right, not only can these ladies play some ball, but they belong to what Brobible calls “The Hottest Sorority In The Nation.”
Every year, fellow sorority Beta Theta Phi holds a charity flag football tournament. That’s where Roque first gained fame, on this nasty TD run. The Delta Gamma ladies have won that tournament back-to-back years. But that’s not enough. In the intramural scene, Delta Gamma are the Women’s All-Campus Champions for the third consecutive season.
4. Roque Has Her Real Estate License in Florida
Football has given Roque the most fame, but it is one of her many interests. Roque is from Parkland, Florida, and has her real estate license in the state. She also has experience playing the piano, and has taken up songwriting. She hopes to release an album sometime in the future.
As a senior, this could be the last we see of Roque on the football field. However, Roque hasn’t officially ruled out playing in the LFL, where she would certainly provide a ratings boost. The league’s newest expansion franchise, the New England Liberty, are holding open tryouts on December 19th.
5. She Currently Works as a VIP Host For a Nightlife Company
Until she decides to play professional football, Roque has a pretty sweet gig where she’s at. She currently works with The Luxe Group, who promote parties and nightlife events in Tallahassee. Through the company Roque attends the biggest parties in her area, and gets paid for it.
As an added bonus, Roque posts all the shenanigans of being an FSU senior on her Instagram page. To check out her best looks, click here.
