It’s Super Bowl Sunday and there are some huge performances set for the halftime show. Coldplay is the headliner, but Beyonce and Bruno Mars are scheduled to join the band. For more information on what to expect for the halftime show as well as Beyonce’s latest news, read on below.
1. Beyonce And Coldplay Have Collaborated for Coldplay’s Most Recent Album
Beyonce recently collaborated with Coldplay for their most recent album “A Head Full Of Dreams” on a song called “Hymn For the Weekend.” There’s a good chance this song will be performed at halftime since they’re both involved. Check out the music video for the song above.

2. Additional Surprise Performers May Join the Show

We have heard so far is that Beyonce’s young daughter Blue Ivy may make an appearance on stage as she was a contributing vocalist, along with a choir, for Coldplay’s most recent album. Perhaps Beyonce’s husband Jay-Z will make an appearance. In the past, Jay-Z collaborated with Coldplay for the band’s single “Lost.” There are also reports that Rihanna and Justin Timberlake could drop in as Beyonce is rumored to be incorporating a “celebrity dance battle” in her performance.
3. Beyonce’s Performance In 2013 Caused a Blackout In the Stadium
Beyonce headlined the Super Bowl in 2013 and had her former girl group Destiny’s Child join her on stage. A blackout occurred, lasting 33 minutes, and the reports were that Beyonce’s performance was the cause. USA Today reports the actual cause was “the result of a problem in one of the two feeder lines that power the stadium from an external substation.”
4. In The Show, Beyonce Will Debut Her Single “Formation”

5. There Are Rumors of a Baby Reveal at the Show
In 2011, Beyonce revealed a baby bump during her big performance, announcing to the world that she was pregnant. There are rumors that she will be revealing a pregnant belly during her Super Bowl performance. We’ll just have to wait and see.
