Brazil vs. Ecuador: Time, Channel & Lineup

(Getty)

Brazil have had to make multiple changes to their Copa America roster, one that has been labeled as “struggling.” Neymar may be missing, and the squad will be without David Luiz or Douglas Costa or even Kaka, but this is still a Brazil team not to be taken lightly.

For Ecuador, it’s about matching expectations after a strong run in World Cup qualifying. Without Felipe Caceido up front, Ecuador might be lacking on scoring threats. That’s not the case for Brazil, who replace Neymar with Hulk and Jonas, who scored 34 goals for Portuguese club Benfica last season.

Ecuador haven’t advanced out of Copa America’s group stage since 1997, but they have a good chance this year. Brazil and Ecuador are the two teams favored to advance to the knockout stage, over Haiti and Peru, who finished third last year but have brought a different team to this year’s tournament.
