USMNT have a quick turnaround after kicking off Copa America Centenario, as they travel to Chicago to take on Costa Rica. Los Ticos won’t be the same without Keylor Navas in goal, but they still have star power in the midfield and a disciplined defense.

United States-Costa Rica Early Preview
These teams met recently in World Cup qualifying, and USA are looking to improve on that performance. Los Ticos won that match 1-0 in New Jersey, less than a week after USA were ousted by Mexico in the CONCACAF Gold Cup.
2015 wasn’t pretty for USA, but they’ve rebounded to enter Copa America on four straight victories. Costa Rica will play the same tight countering style, but will be without the services of world-class keeper Keylor Navas.
USA had some bright spots in their opener against Colombia, but will hopefully have a better start in their second group stage match. If they don’t, it might not matter what they do in their final game against Paraguay on June 11th.
