The difficult conditions at Oakmont Country Club have caused all kinds of frustration for most of the players at the 2016 U.S. Open, but it’s safe to say it was all worth it for Dustin Johnson.
That’s because, as the winner of the year’s second major, the World No. 6 will collect a cool $1.8 million of the $10 million U.S. Open purse.
Not too shabby for four days of work.
