Jeffery has been dropped in a lot of leagues, but he's slated to return from his four-game suspension in Week 15. While he had been mostly disappointing this season, he will immediately step back in as Chicago's clear No. 1 receiver, Matt Barkley has shown he can produce big days for his receivers (11 catches and 125 yards for Marquess Wilson in Week 12; four catches and 93 yards for Joshua Bellamy in Week 13), and the Packers' shaky secondary presents a favorable Week 15 matchup.
