Class: Red-shirt Junior
Outlook: As tempting as Jonathan Allen would be here, the Titans needs a definitive WR1 for Marcus Mariota. Williams has the opportunity to make a statement like several of the Clemson players against the Alabama defense in the championship game. He played well in the Fiesta Bowl and ended the day with 6 receptions for 96 yards. Williams is no stranger to putting up monster games. He opened the 2016 season with 9 receptions for 174 yards against Auburn. He had 15 receptions, 202 yards and a touchdown against Pittsburgh. It helps that Williams is the prototypical size for a top NFL receiver at 6'3" and 225 pounds.(Getty)
