Manchester United vs. Rostov: Time, Channel & Lineup

(Getty)

After an FA Cup exit at Stamford Bridge on Monday, Manchester United must quickly refocus for Thursday’s Europa League match with Rostov. After a 1-1 meeting in Russia, United will defend home turf, something they have done very well in this competition.

United have won all four of their Europa League games at home this season, and have done so with a combined scoring margin of 12-1. They’ll also get two starters back into the lineup, as Zlatan and Ander Herrera will play despite serving domestic bans.

United were shorthanded up front against Chelsea, and they still don’t have anyone behind Zlatan for Thursday. Rooney and Martial are still injured, and Rashford is available despite playing the full game through sickness at Chelsea.

This is Rostov’s first-ever game on English soil. Russian teams haven’t fared well in England, winning just two of their last 26 in European competition.
