Francisco Lindor and Jose Ramirez are leading the Indians in hitting. Lindor is hitting .323 with four home runs, 10 RBI and 40 total bases. Ramirez is hitting .322 with four homers, 16 RBI and 34 total bases. Danny Salazar and Corey Kluber both have 27 strikeouts. The Indians are at home all week as they host the Astros and Mariners.
