The UFC’s injury woes continue. Josh Koscheck, who was scheduled to face Paulo Thiago in a rematch at UFC 109 in early February, was forced to pull out of the fight after suffering an undisclosed injury.
Koscheck’s AKA teammate Mike Swick will take Koscheck’s spot in the bout. Swick last fought at UFC 105, where he took a loss against new number-one welterweight contender Dan Hardy.
A source close to Koscheck tells Heavy.com that the welterweight star will not be out of action for long and should be able to resume training in mid-January.
