1. Open Up Your Settings App

2. Drill Down to Your Reset Page
Follow the navigation above. First start by going to “General”, then to “Reset” and then click on “Erase All Content and Settings.” This will clear all of the information on your phone and set it back to the original factory settings from when you first received your phone.
