The app will find your location and give you a few options at the bottom for when you're feeling nervous. Choose the Follow Me icon to have someone watch where you are and be able to do something if you get off course. Choose I'm here to make sure everyone knows your safe. Figure out how long it will take you to get to your location and set a timer. If you don't check in before you timer goes off, your friends will be notified. If you are very nervous Hit the Alert Friends icon in the center of the page and your contacts will get a notification that you're in trouble. Find out more in our Best Safety Apps.
