The Tribez: Top 10 Tips & Cheats You Need to Know

The Tribez Tips

World building mobile games come a dime a dozen these days, but only a few of them truly excel at the genre it supports. The Tribez places players in a world that includes dinosaurs, tribal ancestors and stone-age technology.

It can be pretty taxing at first when it comes to raising an efficient village that’s packed with the resources needed to prosper. There’s other territories to explore beyond your village perimeters, but there’s only a certain way to approach doing it.

With all these top 10 tips/tricks/cheats, you’ll build your tribal village into an ever evolving world that’s booming with activity and currency.

1. Complete As Many Quests As Possible to Increase Your Experience Level Faster

The Tribez Tips

Quests will always be present as a separate group of icons that are visible on the left side of your screen. Completing quests leads to you gaining more loot and much needed experience. One of your primary tasks will always involve completing a quest, so always set out to pick up some new quests once you complete previous ones. It’s easy to find the main location of any current quest by clicking on the quest icon and hitting the “Find” tab.

2. What’s the Fastest Approach to Getting More Money?

The Tribez Tips knows the best way to putting some more money into your pockets:

Build Trading Posts, Shaman Shops and Theaters and keep then running. Also, make sure that you always collect your coins on time. And if you spend a lot of time playing the game, keep an eye on your workers’ wishes – they might want to drink something or eat something. Drag them to the respective buildings and you’ll keep them happy and gain a few coins in the process.

3. How Do I Increase My Population Much Faster?

The Tribez Cheats

Simple. Just build up as many huts as you can. These huts directly result in more villagers coming from far and wide to become a part of your evolving neighborhood. Putting up a bunch of huts also leads to an increase in your happiness level. Makes sense. Have a place and some huts for your people to chill in and everyone’s in a good mood.

4. Refrain From Buying Any Crystals During the Tutorial Stage warned players not to waste money on any crystals at the beginning of the game:

Do NOT spend any crystals during the initial tutorial. The game implies that using them is necessary, but it is not. Wait for each task to end in its own time, and the demand to use a crystal will disappear and the game will move on. If you want to play for free, you should also DECLINE all offers to upgrade the warehouse or to purchase crystals or coins. You can easily level up without spending any real money if you save your crystals for certain key tasks.

5. But Here’s How to Get Even More Crystals even threw a few tips on players who actually want to pick up some extra crystals:

To get more free crystals you can allow the game to post for you on either Facebook or Twitter or both. I allowed the Twitter access in order to get 20 crystals and my account was instantly bombarded with tweets from The Tribez. Sign into Twitter online immediately, use the gear at the top right to access settings, and select apps to revoke the game’s access to your Twitter account. You’ll keep the crystals. I had trouble getting the Facebook quest to work, but I’ll do the walkthrough without it, as you shouldn’t really have to use either one, let alone both. If you don’t want to give the game access to either a Twitter or a Facebook account, just let the quest timers run out and they will disappear.

  5. I’m stuck on farmers bay. I’ve tried to upgrade my ancient market but it won’t give me the fishing kits and I’m getting really confused on how the upgrades work for it. Are the rewards for completing the ancient market random?

    • Farmers Bay is a mystery to me also. I called it the “worthless island” because there is no advancement, no way to get more land other than purchase it, and it’s simply BORING. I wrote the programmers and asked about Farmer’s Bay- no reply. Nothing works on that Island, as far as I can tell.

      • I feel the same way you do. What I’m doing for now (until I can move further) is using the island to produce tons of food and sending it to the other islands :)

    • i have had similar problems on farmers bay, it is very slow and all new land seems to need pineapple juice for it …. though the neat thing is every u up grade house on stilts u gain population

    • I upgraded the market place to level 10 – now it gives me nothing. The programmers have no solution for this therefore you cannot advance on the island unless you are prepared to pay a lot of money 😡

  6. I’m stuck waiting for the task to open up the sand pit…it says task unavailable
Which other tasks do I need to finish to open “find items”

    • Check the tribez wiki it lists all the quests in order and how to unlock each. You need your main building to be upgraded and have three villas at level 3. Then you get the find items quest to get shovels and a wheelbarow, then you can build a sandpit.

  7. Dinosaurs also kills the Barbarian and it doesn’t cost you money it just cost you the food run around one dinosaur either by their self or to ride.

  8. One of my quests for farmers bay is to build my population tp 11, however you can only build 3 huts. How do I raise my population?

    • You have to get to where you can build the house on piles. I’m pretty sure the wiki has a progression chart to see what you need to build them.

    • You have to play the little game that you unlock with keys. When you touch the map icon, you can pick a island, or the Dino picture. The Dino gives you the option to go to 4 mini games to complete a task. Completing the task gets you your colored statue.

  9. Why has the transaction fee gone up to just as much as you are paying for the gems??? That’
    s not fair!!!
