Spike TV announced this afternoon that “UFC Primetime: St. Pierre vs. Hardy” will debut on the network on March 10th.
The series, modeled after HBO’s “24/7” boxing specials, takes a closer look at the lives of two fighters leading into a fight. The only time the UFC has utilized the show was for last year’s Penn/St. Pierre superfight.
The series will focus on the welterweight championship bout between Georges St. Pierre and Dan Hardy, and will take a closer look at the training and daily lives of both fighters as they prepare for their March 27th headlining bout at UFC 111.
The first episode will air March 10th at 10pm ET.
