These two teams have been down this path once already this season.
Back on December 3, then-No. 4 Duke beat then-No. 2 Wisconsin 80-70 as a 4.5-point road underdogs. Obviously, the Badgers were able to shake off the early-season loss as they suffered only two more defeats the rest of the way.
Monday night in Indianapolis when they meet for the second time, it’s for all the March Madness marbles.
The Blue Devils enter the National Championship coming off an 81-61 victory over Michigan State, a game in which Duke was favored by 5.5 points. The Badgers beat previously-undefeated Kentucky by 7 points as a 5-point underdog.
As of Monday morning, the Badgers were the slight favorite for the title game, giving the Blue Devils 1 point.
