Outlook: Two key questions go into this pick. First, whether the Browns take a quarterback early depends on how they view Cody Kessler and their other quarterbacks long-term. Secondly, it also depends on how Cleveland views the 2017 quarterback class that is largely viewed as a weaker class. Myles Garrett is the most talented player in the draft and pass rushers are becoming increasingly more valuable in the league.
