1. The Battery Life will Last One Full Day
According to Google’s announcement regarding the specs for the device, the battery life will be extremely powerful. Google says that Google Glass will have enough battery life for “one typical day of use” but apps like Hangouts and video recording will deplete the device’s battery life. Google will also be attaching a micro-USB cord for users to charge the device.
2. Google Glass will have a 5 Megapixel Camera
Google Glass will be powered with a 5 megapixel camera. The iPhone 5 has a only 8 megapixels.
3. It will have 16 GB of Flash-Storage Memory
The Google eyeware will have 16 GB of storage, but only 12 GB of actual space on the device. However, Google Glass will be connected to the wi-fi and Google Drive, Google’s cloud storage, as well. This means that Google Glass owners will be able to store massive amounts of photos, videos, and files on Google Drive.
4. It’ll Have A High-Def Screen, Too
The “screen” will be high def as well. Here’s what The Verge says on the screen for Google Glass.
Glass features a 640 x 360 display that Google says is the “equivalent of a 25 inch high definition screen from eight feet away,” a 5-megapixel camera capable of 720p video, and — as revealed in an FCC filing — audio that comes via a bone conduction transducer.
5. Google Glass will Fit on Any Face
Interestingly, Google said in their release notes that Google Glass will fit “any face.” The Verge explains:
Glass will feature adjustable nose pads in a frame that Google says will “fit any face,” and you’ll get extra pads in two sizes.
