The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) has reportedly signed a $2 million deal with Lindsay Lohan for an 8-part docu-series about her life after rehab and her plans for the future, sources close to Lohan told TMZ.
The gossip website says OWN has been negotiating with Lohan for four months, before finally settling on a contract that the starlet apparently signed at Betty Ford. The deal comes with two fully paid assistants and a stylist on top of $2 million paycheck.
“OWN will air an exclusive interview with Oprah and Lindsay Lohan that will tape and air in August and an eight-part documentary series with Lindsay for 2014,” the network said in a statement.
The 27-year-old actress, has made recent headlines for her arrests and family drama and was recently sentenced to 90 days at a rehabilitation center. She has always shied away from doing reality TV and is sure to pull in ratings for OWN, which has struggled since its beginnings in 2011.
