Kolar hauled in his lone target for a 14-yard gain while playing 21 of the Ravens' 59 offensive snaps in Monday's 41-31 win over the Buccaneers. Kolar remains third on the depth chart at tight end behind Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely, but the Iowa State product has held a fairly consistent role of late. His snap share has ranged between 27 and 43 percent over each of the last five contests, with Kolar producing a 5-108-1 receiving line on six targets during that stretch.

Charlie Kolar Latest News
Held to one catch in win
Kolar hauled in his lone target for a 14-yard gain while playing 21 of the Ravens' 59 offensive snaps in Monday's 41-31 win over the Buccaneers. Kolar remains third on the depth chart at tight end behind Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely, but the Iowa State product has held a fairly consistent role of late. His snap share has ranged between 27 and 43 percent over each of the last five contests, with Kolar producing a 5-108-1 receiving line on six targets during that stretch.
No targets in win
Kolar was not targeted on 22 snaps Sunday against the Commanders. Kolar was unable to follow up his impressive Week 5 outing as he did not see a single target in the win. He played a similar number of snaps that he did against the Bengals and has a 27 percent snap share on the year. Baltimore uses tight end personnel as much as any team in the league but Kolar is still firmly behind Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely in the pecking order.
No limitations in practice
Kolar (toe) was a full practice participant Thursday. Kolar is good to go for Sunday's game against Washington, following his unexpected eruption for 64 yards and a touchdown in the Week 5 win over Cincinnati. He's still third on Baltimore's TE totem pole in terms of targets, but Kolar's snap counts haven't been too far behind Mark Andrews' in recent weeks.
Limited practice Wednesday
Kolar (toe) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday. Kolar scored his first touchdown of the season in Week 5 against the Bengals, and while he emerged from that game slightly banged up, the third-string tight end still has two opportunities to return to full practice participation and avoid the Week 6 injury report before the Ravens host the Commanders on Sunday. Even if he plays without limitations, Kolar will still have less fantasy appeal than teammates Isaiah Likely and Mark Andrews.
Comes up big against Cincy
Kolar had three catches for 64 yards and a touchdown on four targets Sunday against the Bengals. Kolar came up just shy of having two touchdowns but he was chased down from behind at the tail end of a 55-yard gain to set up an eventual score for the Ravens. The third-year tight end did manage to cash in his first touchdowns of the season and has shown a surprising knack for making big plays this season considering he burned the Cowboys for a 30-yard reception in Week 3. Baltimore continues to roll with a deep rotation at tight end with Isaiah Likely and Mark Andrews still leading the way in terms of snaps, but Kolar is earning his keep when he's on the field. The Ravens host the Commanders in Week 6.
No targets Sunday
Kolar was not targeted on 18 snaps against the Bills on Sunday night. Kolar continues to have a role as a blocker as he's played at least a third of Baltimore's snaps on offense in back-to-back weeks, but his usage in the passing game is minimal. Isaiah Likely and Mark Andrews are struggling to draw targets, so it stands to reason that Kolar is also not getting much work in that facet of the game. The Ravens face the Bengals on the road in Week 5.
Playing time ticks up Sunday
Kolar played a season-high 26 snaps Sunday against the Cowboys and recorded a 30-yard reception. Baltimore went heavy on the run game Sunday in Dallas with 45 of 63 plays coming on the ground. That game script makes sense to bump up Kolar's usage as he's the best blocker in the tight end room while Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely are more renowned for their pass-catching chops. Kolar made the most of his one target by turning it into a 30-yard gain but his skill set won't scale up into a significant pass-catching role without an injury elsewhere in the tight end room. Baltimore hosts Buffalo on Sunday Night Football in Week 4.
Secures two catches Saturday
Kolar had two receptions on three targets for 14 yards in Saturday's preseason tilt against the Packers. Kolar got some run with Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely sitting out Baltimore's exhibition finale. The 25-year-old doesn't project to be a fantasy factor this season with the kind of receiving talent ahead of him on the Ravens' tight end depth chart.
No targets against Chargers
There was some debate in fantasy circles as to whether it would be Kolar or Isaiah Likely as the next man up following Mark Andrews' injury. Likely appears to be emphatically ahead of Kolar as it stands, as Likely played 73 percent of the snaps and recorded four receptions for 40 yards on six targets. Kolar has some utility as a blocker, and his collegiate production points to him having useful pass-catching ability, but Likely is clearly a hurdle to him getting on the mainstream fantasy radar. The Ravens will be on a bye before their Week 14 matchup with the Rams.
