Coach Brian Daboll said Monday that Gano (hamstring) will miss a "few weeks" due to the hamstring injury he sustained in Sunday's loss to Washington, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports. Gano sounds like he'll miss at least Week 3 against the Browns, and the Giants then have a quick turnaround before taking on the Cowboys on Thursday, Sept. 26. In the meantime, New York could turn to kicker Jude McAtamney, who currently resides on the practice squad, though Daboll said the team will also host workouts at the position.
