Turner secured all three targets for 29 yards and returned one kickoff for 31 yards in the Raiders' 34-19 loss to the Dolphins on Sunday. Turner bounced back from not drawing a single target in a Week 9 loss to the Bengals to post his second-highest catch total of the season. The third-year pro and fellow complementary wideout Tre Tucker seem to be stuck in a similar plight within the heavily concentrated Raiders air attack, that being having the misfortune of playing behind the high-usage duo of Brock Bowers and Jakobi Meyers. Turner will remain a highly speculative fantasy option in a tough Week 12 home matchup against the Broncos.

Three catches in loss
Zero touches in loss to Bengals
Turner returned two punts for 30 yards in Sunday's 41-24 loss to the Bengals, but he was not targeted in the passing game. Turner's offensive snap share dipped to 34 percent while the newly-signed Ramel Keyton emerged behind fellow wide receivers Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker, with Turner ultimately being held without a single touch for the first time since Week 3. Ahead of the Raiders' Week 10 bye, Turner has posted a 10-99-1 receiving line on 21 total targets through the first nine games of the season.
First career receiving TD in loss
Turner caught all four of his targets for 28 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Chiefs. He also rushed once for four yards and returned a punt for 17 yards. Turner's offensive snap share dipped to 53 percent upon Jakobi Meyers' return to the lineup from a two-game absence, but Turner still out-produced fellow wideout Tre Tucker, who finished the contest with a 2-26-0 receiving line. Turner has caught eight total passes for 78 yards and a score over the Raiders' past three games, and they're expected to trail again in Week 9 against the Bengals.
Targeted seven times Sunday
Turner caught two of seven targets for 13 yards and he also returned one punt for seven yards in Sunday's 20-15 loss to the Rams. Turner logged 75 of a possible 79 offensive snaps while earning a career-high seven targets with fellow wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (ankle) inactive for a second straight game, but Turner's attention from quarterbacks Aidan O'Connell (thumb) and Gardner Minshew didn't amount to much fantasy production. Meyers' potential Week 8 return from injury would result in a demotion for Turner into the No. 3 role, but he remains somewhat relevant following Davante Adams' departure to the Jets. Regardless, rookie sensation Brock Bowers continues to command a significant portion of the target share among this struggling aerial attack.
Makes two receptions in loss
Turner hauled in two of four targets for 37 yards in Sunday's 32-13 loss to the Steelers. Turner drew the start at wide receiver across from Tre Tucker in the absence of both Davante Adams (hamstring) and Jakobi Meyers (ankle), with Turner ultimately logging 42 of 63 offensive snaps. Turner's day was highlighted by a 30-yard reception on the Raiders' final drive of the third quarter, which marked the team's only play of 20-plus yards throughout the entire contest. Turner has seen four targets in back-to-back games, but the aforementioned Meyers appears on track to return from his ankle injury in Week 7 against the Rams.
Ready for Week 6
Turner (hamstring) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest versus the Steelers, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports. Prior to gathering in one of four targets for 12 yards this past Sunday at Denver, Turner had three targets in 23 career games on his resume. A hamstring injury limited his practice reps Wednesday and Thursday, but his return to full participation Friday has cleared him for Week 6 action. With Davante Adams (hamstring) ruled out and Jakobi Meyers (ankle) questionable for Sunday's game, Turner should be in store for at least a handful of looks from QB Aidan O'Connell and potentially more if Meyers joins Adams as inactive.
Nursing hamstring injury
Turner (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice session. Turner got his first-career start in Week 5 against the Broncos and finished with one catch (on four targets) for 12 yards while adding five rushing yards on one carry. It appears he came out of that contest a little worse for wear, but he'll have two more opportunities to practice this week to avoid an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers.
Targeted four times in loss
Turner caught one of four targets for 12 yards and he rushed once for five yards in Sunday's 34-18 loss to the Broncos. Turner drew the first official start of his three-year career next to fellow wide receivers Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker with Davante Adams (hamstring) still sidelined for Sunday's contest, but Turner posted an inefficient 1-12-0 receiving line on four targets despite logging a season-high 52 offensive snaps. However, Turner could remain quite active in three-wide sets for an extended period of time if Adams ultimately forces his way out of Las Vegas, as trade rumors continue to swirl ahead of a Week 6 matchup against the Steelers.
Scores first career touchdown
Turner rushed once for 18 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-16 win over the Browns. Turner's 42 percent snap share marked a season high with fellow wide receiver Davante Adams (hamstring) sidelined for Sunday's contest, and although Turner failed to haul in his only target, the 27-year-old hit pay dirt on an 18-yard end-around in the third quarter for his first career touchdown. Expect a similar role for Turner behind starters Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker in Week 5 against the Broncos if Adams remains out with the hamstring injury.
