Booker tallied three points (1-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds, one assist and one block across 25 minutes in Team USA's 92-88 exhibition game win over Germany on Monday. Booker has started two consecutive exhibition games for Team USA; however, he shot only 3-for-11 from the field across that span. The 27-year-old has been in and out of the starting lineup due to Kevin Durant's (calf) absence, but if Durant returns in time for the Paris Olympics, Booker could very well be pushed out of the starting five. Booker did have a solid outing against Australia on July 15 coming off the bench, but since then, he has accumulated only 11 points in the past three games.

Devin Booker Latest News
Shooting woes in victory Monday
![Team logo](https://heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/phoenix-suns-logo.png?w=150)
Drops 49 points in defeat
![Team logo](https://heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/phoenix-suns-logo.png?w=150)
Booker accumulated 49 points (13-21 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 20-21 FT), five rebounds, six assists, one block and two steals in 45 minutes during Sunday's 122-116 loss to Minnesota in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs. Minnesota swept the Suns on Sunday, but Booker did everything he could to keep Phoenix in contention during a back-and-forth matchup, logging his fourth-highest scoring total of the season while contributing on both ends of the court. Booker remained dominant during his age-27 season, averaging 27.1 points, 6.9 assists and 4.5 rebounds in 36.0 minutes per game. Booker should continue to play a prominent role for Phoenix during the 2024-25 season, his 10th year with the team.
Delivers eight dimes in Game 3 loss
![Team logo](https://heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/phoenix-suns-logo.png?w=150)
Booker accumulated 23 points (8-15 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three rebounds, eight assists and two steals in 42 minutes during Friday's 126-109 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs. Booker finished just two assists away from recording a double-double in Game 3, and the star guard will need to be at his best Sunday if the Suns want to avoid getting swept in the first round. Booker's scoring numbers have increased with each passing game in the series, though this was the first time he surpassed the 20-point plateau.
Perfect from line to boost offense
![Team logo](https://heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/phoenix-suns-logo.png?w=150)
Booker finished Saturday's 120-95 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals with 18 points (5-16 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 6-6 FT), two rebounds, five assists and one steal over 38 minutes. Booker shot a perfect mark from the free-throw line while ending second on the team in scoring to go along with a handful of assists in a Game 1 loss in the first round of the playoffs. Booker entered the postseason with three straight games of 20 or more points, adding five or more assists in two of those outings. He has gotten to the line often for Phoenix as of late, ending the regular season with five or more free throws made in 11 straight contests.
Drops 23 against Minnesota
![Team logo](https://heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/phoenix-suns-logo.png?w=150)
Booker provided 23 points (6-16 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 8-10 FT), four rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 36 minutes during Sunday's 125-106 victory over the Timberwolves. The 27-year-old guard scored more than 20 points for the third straight game to close out the regular season, and the sixth time in eight April contests. Booker has averaged 27.9 points, 7.4 assists, 3.0 threes, 2.8 boards and 1.1 steals over that eight-game stretch, a surge that helped the Suns climb out of the Play-In Tournament and secure a playoff spot.
Strong from deep as top scorer
![Team logo](https://heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/phoenix-suns-logo.png?w=150)
Booker recorded 37 points (13-24 FG, 5-12 3Pt, 6-6 FT), one rebound, four assists, one block and one steal in 39 minutes during Wednesday's 124-108 win over the Clippers. Booker led all Suns players in threes made and scoring to go along with a quartet of assists while finishing perfect from the free-throw line in a high-scoring victory. Booker has scored 35 or more points in 13 games this season, surpassing the 30-point mark in five of his last 10 outings. He has connected on at least five threes in three of his last six contests.
Suffers ice-cold slump in loss
![Team logo](https://heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/phoenix-suns-logo.png?w=150)
Booker finished Tuesday's 105-92 loss to the Clippers with 12 points (1-11 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 10-11 FT), three rebounds, five assists and two steals across 40 minutes. Booker shot a ghastly 9.1 percent from the floor in the loss, marking one of his worst performances of the season. We've seen cracks in Booker's armor several times over the past month, as his shot has been conspicuously off without much cause. His shot volume has also fluctuated quite a bit, and he's dipped below his seasonal average of 19.3 attempts per game in six of his last 10 contests.
Goes cold from three-point range
![Team logo](https://heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/phoenix-suns-logo.png?w=150)
Booker posted 25 points (9-16 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 7-8 FT), three rebounds, seven assists and one steal over 39 minutes during Sunday's 113-105 loss to New Orleans. Booker ended with a decent overall stat line and finished just three assists away from recording what would've been his second consecutive double-double. However, he missed all six of his three-point attempts, making it just the second time this season he doesn't hit at least one three when attempting five or more.
Drops 13 dimes in victory
![Team logo](https://heavy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/phoenix-suns-logo.png?w=150)
Booker racked up 13 points (3-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three rebounds, 13 assists and three steals in 34 minutes during Friday's 97-87 victory over the Timberwolves. Booker shooting stroke was off-track for most of the game, but he was effective as a ball distributor and got the ball to Jusuf Nurkic and Kevin Durant when it counted. Booker's five points in the first quarter were a critical part of Phoenix's 15-0 start, but he sat for the final four minutes of the game, thus limiting his potential output.
